The Bauer agency first got involved in intermediating second-hand Hapimag shares in 1985 and has been one of the first agencies that focussed on the growing market of second-hand Hapimag shares in Europe ever since. In the 2016 Bauer Ferienwohnrechte e.K. was purchased by Bauer Ferienwohnrechte GmbH.
