According to a report by the online magazine N24 on the 31 of August 2017, the Dresden 5-star resort of the Swiss company Hapimag with its studio apartments won the "Guest Favorite 2017" competition. A total of 543 houses took part in the competition organized by the National Tourist Board. The Hapimag Resort scored highest in terms of hospitality, warmth, location, ambiance and entrepreneurship, leaving the Relaxhotel Sachsenbaude in Oberwiesenthal (Erzgebirge) and the Hotel Vogtland in Bad Elster behind.
